Registration ac- ceptance cases which are the subject matter of this paper, are quali- fied as cases of material law and are cases that can be filed to object to the table for ranking of creditors within the execution and bank- ruptcy law procedures. These cases are filed against bankruptcy ad- ministration by the creditors of the bankruptcy to prove the recei- vable and to have the receivable registered in the table within the period following the filing for bankruptcy. The claim in a registration acceptance case is to have the receivable accepted and registered in the table for ranking of creditors. If the registration acceptance case is accepted, bankruptcy administration re-prepares the table for ranking of creditors and the receivable is registered therein. There are discussions as to the legal qualification of the regist- ration acceptance cases, cases which can have different features. These discussions relate to trial proceedings and evidential issues in the proceedings while filing the case. The problems encountered in practice and the confusion between the registration acceptance cases and the objection to the table for ranking of creditors cases, complaints, appeal of the objection cases has played a big role for producing this paper. In order to understand registration acceptan- ce cases, it is required to have a better understanding and master the bankruptcy procedures as well. Therefore, in our paper, we have also, in general, referred to issues relating to bankruptcy and notifi- cation of the receivables by their creditors.
