Sonuç olarak, Nussbaum’un giriş kısmında alıntılanan feminist düşünürlerin adalet teorilerine önemli katkı sunduğu saptaması Yo- ung açısından da geçerlidir. 21. yüzyılın sosyo-hukuki gündemine ilişkin önemli soru ve sorunlara dikkat çekmiş ve özellikle toplumsal cinsiyete dair meseleleri adalet teorilerinin tartışma gündemine ge- tirmiştir. Erken sayılabilecek bir yaşta hayatını kaybetmiş olsa da 21. yüzyılın önemli siyaset teorisyenlerinden biri olarak Young, eserleriy- le hukuk felsefesi öğretisine katkı sunmaya devam edecektir.
