This affects productivity, efficiency and corporate performance. In this study, the institutional performance of the Court of Cassation Chambers was determined by considering the decision-making speed and workload of the Presidency of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Turkey in general and on the basis of departments. In order to examine the decision-making speed of the chambers of the Supreme Court, the number of files concluded and transferred on the basis of the chambers and the share of the chambers in the total workload were examined, and the testing of the relevant models and empirical analyses of the variables used were made using appropriate analysis programs. As a result of the research, it has been understood that the most important component affecting the success of the Supreme Court offices is the increase in the total number of files. It is thought that the decrease in the number of transferred files plays a direct role in the increase in the total success of the offices. In addition, the factors affecting the workload of the Supreme Court offices have been determined as the number of files that have been concluded and the number of files that have been transferred. It is thought that the increase in the number of transferred files, although not as much as the number of finalized files, directly plays a role in the change in the total workload.
